- If you would like to order custom wedding or event invitations, announcements, business cards, etc., please call us at 580. 716.6110 to discuss design options, wording, color, etc. You can also send an email to email@example.com and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours. If you would like to see an actual printed example of our work we can mail a sample to you at no charge.
- After the initial consultation we will design two or three samples based on your color and style preferences, which we will either send via email as PDFs or set an appointment for you to come by and look them over (if you are in the Dallas area).
- After a final decision is made on your design and you have approved all wording and spelling, we send the prepared files off to have a die made to print from (this takes about a week). Once the die is created no more changes can be made (if a mistake is made on our part a die will be re-ordered at no cost to you). A 50 percent deposit will be required before the die is ordered.
- After we receive the die your order is printed (by hand, one at a time) on our press and completed, then shipped to or picked up by you. The remainder of your balance is due upon receipt of your order. Please allow three to four weeks from the time we order the die to completion of your order.
- We will check to make sure you received your order and that everything is perfect!
- Your order will be kept on file for two years.
